Voice Mail Prompt on Call Pilot Rls 5.0

i have installed a BCM50 Rls 5.0 as well as Call Pilot. When subscribers try to intialize their mailboxes they are asked for the mail box number as well as the password. Is this something new with this release as usually you are just prompted for your password. Has anyone come across this?

Your primary interface style is set up as "Callpilot" when you want "NVM". Check your system properties and/or the class of service for that set.
