Voice Mail Problems

I am having problems with our company's vm system. We have upgraded the system to version 13 with a clean install, upgraded to a 10 hour system, because we were near full capacity. We have replaced the processor vm ports, Hard drive, etc. Below is the screen shot of whats coming up on the vm system.

I receive this error on the screen in the VM system

during the install you didn't define the monitor port, or you have a bad card..
