Voice Mail Problem?

Hello,
I have a problem with the Voice Mail (Namm 4.1) not picking up if i have both intercoms busy. Foward no Answer is set to 4, Foward on busy is None. My Target line is Private to the Ext, with the Prime Set to the Ext as well. I have the Line set as Ring Only with 2 intercoms, yet if i'm handeling 2 calls, my next incoming call rings no answer, and an intercom call rings busy. I have not been able to crack this nut, and i'm hopeing someone knows what this problem is, i've run out of idea's.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Try adding a 3rd intercom to give you another voice path.

Is that the only solution? I have many ext's that are 7208 and adding another intercom would not work due to the features and handsfree that they have and use.

If you have 2 intercom keys and they are both tied up then you are busy right? in programming you say if busy go nowhere and thats where they shall go.
The person can either handle multiple calls or they cant and if they can then you must give them more intercom keys.
What ever feature they have on their phone will not matter since they can easily enter the feature code instead of pressing a button....you must sacrifice one for the other.
I you tell us how this DID is setup maybe there is a better way to program everything....is this their private DID?

Btw using foward busy to vmail is not a good thing to use in some situations unless you have a lot of vmail ports to handle the calls so I wont recommend it to you.

I would make the prime set reception on that line so it times out to that set then the reception can transfer caller to vmail.

What i ended up doing is adding another intercom to overflow to, and then setting the target line to busy rather than prime, i'll have to wait and see if this works for them.
