VOICE MAIL PROBLEM

Dears,

Please help me . I have voice mail MX one system using with MD 110 BC 12 SP 7.I configured the voice mail system with aculab and dialogic board.It work fine but suddendly after 4days or 5 days some time after one days i gets this alarm in ther server and line went (out of service). I changed the cable two to three time but again facing same alarm in the server. and CAS lines went (out of service)

ALARM
NOS Latched on Board Serial No.(205268), Port(1), Check Cable.
