Voice Mail problem

We have an Meridian 61C,release 25 with Meridian Mail 12. The Merdian mail is down (SCSI initialization failure). All calls normally rolling over to our voice mail number (7676) are being routed instead to our switchboard which is being overwhelmed. While we are waiting for the technicians to come trouble shoot this problem, is there a wait to stop these calls from going to our switchboard?
 
I believe you can change the NCFW prompt in the voicemail ACD group to another station. It's probably set to go to the attendant.
 
Got a ran route laying around that you can put a recording on? Send it there using cpm23's suggestion.
 
mermail or cp, the cdn for mail will do that, if the agents are logged out, the ncfw in the acd will change the target.. inbound calls that are routed to menus can be changed to depts via the idc. in one location where i had 1000's of sets fdn to mail, i temp'ed the rco to 12 rings.. the answer depends a little on where the mass of the calls or comming from.. best have a vendor with a 1 hour response time on a outage.. i know a pretty decent one in sc (ha)
