Auto Attendant


I am trying to setup an auto attendant using a spare DDI

In Manager i created a short code

short code called *90
number #AUTO
feature voicemail node

On the incoming Number i have *90 as the destination

In voicemail pro i have created the structure using
a short code *90

Menu named #AUTO as my start point


Then a menu List conneted to Transfers

The extension i did the media recording with is 206 and when i dial *90 i get 206 voicemail.

If I understand what you're describing correctly, in your *90 shortcode change the number to *90 also. This will direct the caller to whatever callflow you've setup under "specific start points, short codes, *90"
