I am trying to change the can ladys recording in the voicemail. The one that comes on and says all of our attends are busy, and then after so many seconds the 2nd one comes on with the same, then the next one comes on , all works fine, But how do i change them two default one's.. help please.

You need to be more specific.

What ipo on what version ?
Do you have vm ? yes which one ?
Do you mean announcements ?

sorry ip office 6.0 voice mail pro, I set up a main which is working, and added a short code *80 so they can go in and change any of the 4 spots or make 4 recordings, But if they dont answer the call after so many seconds annoncement 1 comes on, which is all of our attendents are busy and after 20 seconds annoncement 2 comes on, can i change them ,,,1 and 2, to there onwn recordings. Hope this is better, I am used to nortel..thanks

Oke, you made or use the group "Main"
Go in to vmpro and go to groups.
Add or change the group and go fro queue and still queue.

Add a generic action in the queue and change that.
Record a greeting by phone or import a wav (must be a certain format)

Connect it with a line.
Copy the generic action and put it in the still queue and connect it.

If you want a different message for the still queue then record it.
