Working with a client who has a busy call centre.

They us the voice mail pro time to answer message in the queues.

What we are finding is the time calculated and played to the caller intermittantly goes to 1min, even though we know it should be up around the 15min mark.

Would any of my learnard colleges have experenced
I know the system calculates this on the last 5 answered calls.

1 minute" is probably the deafult answer when the ETA is unknown. Is this only happening after switch reboots or first thing in the morning after the switch as done it overnight backup.

You also need to look at the version of IP Office software being used rather than VMPro. The ETA calc is passed to the VMPro by the IP Office as part of the instruction to play the queueing message.

The other thing to bear in mind is that ETA will only give an accurate result if you have a steady, more or less consistent call arrival pattern, and your AHT is fairly consistent from call to call.
