I am upgrading voice pro from 9.0.0.311 to 9.0.1.53 what is the proper procedure to do that? THANKS. The reason I am upgrading software so soon is SMTP from the software won't change no matter what I do.

Read the manual what is file to save in program files? Is it the en file.

Control panel? I go to admin>gerneral>email>SMTP>then changed settings. Stopped and started services. Rebooted IPO. Ran debug and the SMTP address never changed.

Will I lose call flow and registry if I do another set up

No.

But if you want to be sure, then make an export of the call flow.

File > Import and Export

But as mentioned before, check the windows configuration screen.

Start > Control Panel.

There should be a VM option.

I changed it control panel, restarted. debug shoed wrong SMTP address again. set up identical addresses in IPO SMTP then it changed when running debug, but emials are not being sent. the error say MAPI not set. One error is pIMsgstore is null.

The outlook server for internalmessages didnt require authentication. They told me it did in the beginning. So thats all it was. Fixed now. Your information helped me, for that im truley thankful!!!!!!!!!!!!

From 8.0 or so you should not change it from the control panel.
I wonder if it is still there.
You should go in to the client and hit F9 and then go to the email section.

BAZINGA!
