Passwords keep reseting on the users voicemail. The system is not storing them correctly. After about 2-24 hours the passwords disappear. Help!!!
The voice mail light is on, but when the users hits the voicemail button the message says their is no message. But there is!! The only way to retrieve the message is to call from an outside number or hit *17 to input the extension and password code.Can someone help me with this???
