Voice Mail Pro Deleting Wrong Message 1

I have a VM Pro 7.0 32
Examples taken from monitor mode: Mailbox 2346 has 3 new messages user dials in *17 2346 XXXX press 2 press 0 listen to 1st message *3 to delete it and vm does press 0 to listen 2nd message *3 to delete vm pro deletes 3rd message and saves 2nd message now the user thinks the system is duplicating messages.
I went thur 95,000 lines of code to find this. What do yall think

This is a known bug.
Doesn't happen if you are using visual voicemail.
Upgrade to the latest version of 7.0
Admin is 7.0 (36), the voicemail pro is 7.0 (35)
