Voice mail outcalling ringing internal and external number

I have a Merlin Legend system with Merlin mail. I have several extensions programmed with outcalling features. I have one extension that will call the cell phone programmed and the internal operator (and connect them). All of the other extensions work fine and as far as I can tell the 'bad' extension is programmed in the same way. Anybody have any thoughts?

Do a "print" of the "good" extention and the "bad" extention - and compare the programming - line-by-line - to get a hint of what the problem may be. Also, make sure the "bad" extention is authorized for outcalling in voicemail administration (Merlin Mail).
