voice mail ''out of service''

Hi there,
First system (CXI) i am progamming.
the problem that i have is when i dial hunt group voice mail number(7000) or any of the voice mail port number (7001 to 7004) i get "out of service"on the screen
the programmation seems to be ok because i was able to get to the voice mail this morning.
any idea what to check?,where to check?
is there any possibility to reinstall the voice mail?

Did you do a dbms save ?(because it is a first time i check)
Do also a dbms check on :)

After programming the voicemail group you need to reboot for the voicemail to work

yes dbms save is done
yes i rebooted the controller, but sill same thing
i tried the commands: busy and RTS, and when i chek with the stat command its out of service
 
If it was working before and you've rebooted.

- Check Station Service Assignement (COS)
- Check alarms for DSP out of service
- Reboot and observe errors if any from Maint Port(especially near end of bootup when VM is started)
- Check everything
- Deprogram and start over

The only thing i have done before it stop working,i programmed 6 more ip phones.
is it an IP DEVICE LICENCE ISSUE? because i have 12 devece licences and i programmed 9 ip phones (i don't know if the VM port numers takes device licences?
 
I think i found it.
i deprogrammed 6 ip phones,reboot the controller and ...finally the holly voice mail comes back!
it was a licence issue.

The voicemail ports do not consume IP phone licenses.

You can confirm this by going to the form Display Options and Licenses. It will show you how many licenses are available and how they are consumed.

You've found part of your issue but not the cause yet.

could you tel me where can i find the info about the number of the used licences because the form that you said(display options and licences), doesn't exist.thanks
