Voice Mail on Tag Group

Can anyone help?

What we have is a external number pointing to a tag group, and we have voice mail on the number. Is it possible to have the tag group collect the voice mail from any of their phones? They have 5330 phones.

We have engineers building the system this week, and they don't know know how they can do it. The tag group is used for an helpdesk, with two users in the group.

Are you talking about a tag group containing VM port mebers ?

When you say "the tag group collect the voice mail", what do you mean ?
