Voice mail not working after upgrade

Have just upgraded from 1.4 to 2.1DT no problems ,Also installed VM pro 2.1 (from Lite) .When I ring an extention it wont kick into voicemail after time out. The only way is to push the voicemail button on the 2030 phone and force it to go directly to mail and thats fine. If the phone is off hook it comes back as busy...any one had this sort of problem??? BG

Thats how DTs have always worked. If the telephone you ring from the DT is busy press scroll then you will get the voice mail key.

Yes but if its not busy it still dosent go to voicemail just rings and rings .......and rings . its the same on all extentions and hunt group VM..Bg
