Voice Mail Not Picking Up

Hi, I just added the FLASH VM to our Norstar Compact ICS. I can't get the VM to pick up when no one answers the phone. Any Ideas?

OK set up voice mail box call ext does it ring 4 time go to voice mail? If not is it set to go to voice mail in capabilities Forward no answer? have you called the voice mail dn does it answer?

Do you mean when I call a particular ext # ?
Press Feature 985 and take note of the DN you see on the screen.
Go into capabilities under each set and program forward no answer to the DN you saw under Feature 985 and set the amount of rings needed.
If you meant when calling in from ouside and wanting to hear the company greeting then log into F983 and press , AA, Lines, enter line number and set to yes and do same for all lines.

THAT WORK! Thank you very much, I corrected the "Forward No Answer" and it worked. I also discovered that we are using Flash Voice Mail Light. Any idea how much it would cost to upgrade? (two ports)
