A BCM50 is having a problem with calls not ringing in (system had been fine, and voice mail is not being used on this system). Calls now going to a prompt saying voice mail box not initialized. It may be a CCR programming issue. I've been trying to get into operator phone mailbox and setup any lacking information.
Need to try a 982 tomorrow and see where the calls are going. Have password lock on the system adm. mailbox and could not reset and clear that lock through admin level programming.
Status light on the right expansion cabinet has green solid LED on power, and red flashing LED on status. I'm seeing that as a startup profile failure. A power down and restart doesn't help. Status light on left main BCM50 unit OK after restart.
Did not have a PC to access software today, but will be trying that tomorrow. Any suggestions on what I need to be checking.
