voice mail messages arrive hours later in the MB

Hey Guy's,

Has anyone run into this....

I have a BCM 400 4.0 , Intermittently if a caller leaves a vm, That voice mail does not arrive in the MB until hours later.

Any Ideas?

run a report on that box.. 999 times out of 1000, it;s a head space problem.. Unless your cp is 100% busy for hours.


i like that key %%%%%... i need a keyboard with more of those

Thanks for response john, When you say check the head space, Do you mean that the MB didn't have enough space to accept the total duration of that message?

I think John means the error is between the chair and the keyboard ;-)
