Voice Mail - Meridian Key Sys. w/Star Talk

We have Meridian system with a Star Talk module. The problem is when you are talking on your line, and someone else trys to call you on that same number, they get a busy, instead of it going to voice mail. Is this system capable of sending a second call to voice mail? If so, how can I program it to.

look at HUNTING on yor system
enables automatic re-routing of calls that try to connect when the phone is busy.
Hunt number should be mail number 6000 on most sstems.

STAR TALK AND STAR TALK MINI You would go into capabilities in administration. Then set abilities, then set intercom number.Then go to forward on busy and forward it to your star talk voice mail number ie 44, or 244 or whatever number was assigned to voice mail, Then go to forward no answer and it will be the same number as that if you are unsure what your voice mail number is
