Voice Mail Listen

Does anyone have a good way to program a button that allows you to listen to a call gone to voicemail? They do not want to retrieve the call, only listen to it.

I tried the call listen feature but it did not work to well.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I don't know of a way this can be accomplished with IP Office. Call Listen is for call center environments when you want to listen in on another user's conversation.

Call steal is a possible alternative, I have used this myself many times at my own station. Call Steal allows me to retrieve a call that ended up in my voicemail, but once activated, the call is live at my desk, not just listen only.

If this feature is important, look at the One-X Quick Edition, as this is available on that system (however, we have experienced some quality issues with the One-X, so I wouldn't recommend that at the moment).
