voice mail light not blinking

Hello. I have a user and the voice mail light does not blink when they have a new voice mail. When i set the passcode and tutorial it will blink but thats the only time. Any Ideas?

What model of PBX & what type of phone (analog/digital)are you having problems with?

Does anyone know what to do to get this message indicator light to turn on. I have a similar problem w/ a Series 3 pbx. It was working up to about 2 months ago. This is for an analog station. I've implemented option 1 for p15 in cmc 102. I've implemented option 1/yes for p4 in cmc 204. The voicemail is an IVS, I've also using option #7/RS232 for the MWI parameter for this particular mail box #100. Any suggestions?
