Voice mail issues cant call 5 digit number 1

Im programming Nortel Option 11C. When i wish to call an extension 6111 i dial 72821 which takes me to the voice prompt then i dial 6111 and it goes.

I changed the dialing plan from 6111 to 35411. When i dial 72821 it gives me a voice prompt but i cant get the extension 35411.

What device is at 72821 and provides the voice prompt?

If it is Meridian Mail or CallPilot, you will likely need to update the Thru-Dial service that has been defined. You will likely also need to update the Restriction/Permission Lists to allow calls to your new dialing plan to complete.
