voice mail inactive

Has anyone had this problem with the voicemail,The display shows inactive on the display

restart your v mail. then try entering F903 to get your feature code range back. If you have to enter the config password you are hosed and must reprogram.

Try F985 first to see if the sytem can see the VM.

is it a flash or a nam ... if it is a flash and there was a power outage or something ...then u'll end up reporgramming

do a feature **xftest 266344 as pw and see what comes up(test the features and find active ones)

Thank you all for your help The vm is a flash and it is up and running, we did have a power failure, the flash is nothing more than a modified 486 pc with a daughter board the simms ram was bad.
