voice mail greeting

I have a 3300ICP, release 5.1 that my customer inherited from a different company. In reconfiguring this system for them, among other things, I removed all mailboxes, went thru the administrator (9999) mailbox, rerecorded all open, and closed greetings, made sure there were no temp greetings.
In attempting to configure them an Auto Attendant, I built, as a test, a vacant DID number as a system speed call, and directed it to the voice mail pilot number. I hear a greeting from the old company, which will allow me to leave a message. Any ideas as to where this greeting can be hiding?

You cannot delete it once recorded but you can however re-record it.
You need to log in to the admin mailbox 9999 and re record the company day/night greetings.

Primary Set greeting has been overwritten; User wants to go back to the Default greeting

Body/Solutions
To get back to the default system greeting (auto-attendant greeting)

If the Primary set greeting has been overwritten, and a backup is not available prior to the changes, the alternatives are, to either rebuild the system, or use the following procedure, to default it.

To get back to the default system greetings (auto-attendant greeting) :
1]Ftp to IP address of 3300 controller.
2]Enter Username and password.
3]Navigate to the ‘prompts’directory, by typing
cd /vmail/c/vm/prompts
4]This will display the various languages. Change to the directory that the customer is using , e.g. english.uk below is an example of a default folder.
5]Delete any files of the following type:
pday.vox, or pday*.vox (where * is a numeric value e.g. 2)
pnite.vox or pnite*.vox (where * is a numeric value e.g. 2)
6]This will default the system greetings.

Although I would backup the files in question, I know this has worked for me on MCD 4.0
