Voice mail Greeting exported

We had an employee pass away and his family is asking for a copy of his voice mail greeting. I have done this in the past with messages, just exporting them to a wav file but never with a greeting.

I can't find anywhere to export the actual greeting and would really like to help the family out if possible. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

What type of VM is it. On a NAM Startalk or Call Pilot can't be done.Only greetings.

Thank you for your reply. It is a call pilot 201i on a Option 81c. Do you know where the actual file is located that I would be able to copy it from the windows side?
