We have a Merlin Magix R1.0 with the Merlin
Messaging R1.0 (6 Port). We have been having
problems with messages being garbled. When
someone is trying to check on their voice mail
either remotely or at their desk, the message in
the mailbox is garbled (either statically or
just plain garble).
So far we have replaced the whole voice mail (including
the 6 port pc card), changed ports, replaced 024 TDL
module and it works for a while then it just starts up
again.
Any suggestions?
