hello

I am trying to set up a voice mail box for an ACDN line. Our last Sales VP did not want anything to go to Voice Mail for some reason. Our new VP wants it to so the ACDN (EXT 7800)currently rolls to 6900 when 7800 is busy, then if its not answered it rolls to a message that says the caller does not subscribe to this service. I printed 6900's DN and it looks like this

any ideas?

I mostly do just MAC on this system so this issue is a bit out of my realm

Thank you in advance!

The rule of thumb is "The Mailbox DN needs to match the number that the person originally dialed" So, in your case, the number people are calling does not match any Mailbox DNs you have built - so far :)

You have those 2 prompts and a mailbox for 6900 will land the call in voicemail, provided you have the rest of the ACD set up correctly.
