Voice Mail Collect - BUG

Upgraded last night to the latest version of IP Office. Went from 3.2.17 to 3.2.53 (or something like that anyway). Now the Voice Mail Collect button doesn't work. You can press it, you can see in monitor that it comes up, but you hear nothing.

Anyone experience this ?

Try Dialing *17 from the phone if that works you could always program a button to dial *17.

sounds like upgrade may have lost some stuff. can you dial vm as suggested and log into vm boxes.
