voice mail box says full but it has no messages in it

have a partner ACS with the pc vm card(the credit card sizs card that goes in the ACS. its set for 12 boxes.problem is no one can leave message in exts 11 box(02).Get message saying box is full.went in to 11s box it says there r no messages,tried to reinitlize box,powered down system,reset vm card in slot,moved box(02) to diff ext assigned it do diff ext still get box full message and ideas?/

You probably have exceeded the maximum storage time for all mailboxes combined (You must have the 16 mailbox/120 minutes version).

thanks that seemed to clear problem.My concern is that b 4 i had every one deleat all there messages i went into every box and ck 4 saved and new messages there really didnt seem to be very many.one box said 80 %fullfew other boxes had couple messages.do you know if the gretting and auto attendent greeting count toward the storage limit?

Hi johnrobert,
The attendant greeting does not count towards the maximum message storage time. Check for mailboxes that exist but are not assigned to phones. I'll bet that one is full.
