Voice Mail box mismatch

I have Rel 12.14 meridian mail and 4 mail boxes which come up mismatched. I've removed the mail boxes and rebuilt them, but I can't get rid of the mismatch. I've looked at the mail box information and can't see a reason why they are mismatched. Does anyone have any idea's on how to correct the problem and get rid of the mismatch?
