voice mail backup 1

I've made so many moves, adds, andchanges to our Norstar voicemail I need to do a backup. The backup disk is there with a built-in disk drive but how do I get to the menu to perform that backup? It looks like it takes different password altogether.

Log into f983, press 22. Insert a floppy and follow the instructions on thr screen. To restore press 33 and follow instructions.

When in doubt RTFM (read the friggin manual)
