Voice mail back door number 1

I have a BCM50 Callpilot and I dont know how to have my users check voice mail from outside the office. Where can I find what the voice mail extension is and how can I check it from outside the office. Thanks.

From an outside phone you cant enter F981.

If you have DID, you can set a target line to point the Vmail

Have a number you pick to be answered by Auto Attendent and put it in a greeting table by it self and record a greeting like you have reached the ABC companys Voice Mail Access line press Star Star to continue.
