Voice Mail Always Picks Up

I have one extension where there is never an opportunity to answer the phone at the desk. It always transfers directly into voice mail. Can we fix this too? Thank you.

Are you sure the extention number is what you think it is?? Go to the phone and press "feature" then dial 00. The screen should say "Program Ext # XXX" What is the extention number? Then press "home" to get out of feature mode.
