Voice Mail 4.0 CD PDF's

I am trying to read the Voice Mail 4.0 PDF's from the CD but most

of them seem to have passwords on them. Where do we go to get the

passwords for these PDF's?

Thank you Bob. This is a site that has the older VM documents.

I am still looking for the passwords so that I can read the NVM

4.0 PDF's on the CD. Does anyone know how to get the passwords?

The CDs use the same pw as the phone system default one.
