Have a customer that has a G3si at Main site along with Intuity Audix.
Also have remote site with S8300/G700 that shares the Intuity Audix and are networked back to the Main G3si via IP trunks.
User at the remote site is x2650. (DID# xxx-xxx-2650---this DID actually rings into the Main Site)
Customer wants to have mailbox of remote user x2650, Zero out ---- go to EXT 2717 at the Remote Site and if no answer route back to the mailbox of x2650.
Here is what I have set up – which is not working.
Remote Site:
Hunt 5 (x2385) -- also tried Virtual EXT 2385 -- with Coverage Path 185
Cov Path 185 rings for all calls: EXT 2717 – 3 rings, v2387
(VDN 2387 uses Vector 6 --- messaging skill 3/Audix x2650
If you call 2385 at the Remote site – x2717 does ring 3 times and then caller goes to x2650’s mailbox.
Main Site G3si
Uniform Dial --- have 2385 and 2387 listed and using AAR to go to the Remote Site
Intuity Audix
Mailbox 2650 -- Zero Out = 2385
When calling EXT 2650 either internally or their DID ---- their phone rings, covers to voice mail, -0- out of mailbox, states that transferring to 2385, then ‘states that the line is busy’
Is there something in Audix or on the Networking side that is not allowing this to work?
I have this set up in our Lab – but our Lab is only ‘one’ system of S8300 and IA770 – and it does work.
