Voice dial for contact lists for 96xx phones

So using the voice dialing feature to dial contacts is a feature for any 96xx type phone? Also I am told that someone posted here that the newer FW discontinued this feature. Can anyone confirm and if so which FW release was it discontinued at?

Voice Initiated Dialing is available with the latest H.323 3.x software for the the 9610, 9620L, 9620C, 9630G, 9640, 9640G, 9650, 9650C and 9670G IP Deskphones. It is not yet available with the latest H.323 6.x software for the 9608, 9611G, 9621G, and 9641G IP Deskphones. Voice Initiated Dialing is not available with SIP software on any models.
