is it possible to have a voicecall feature to be programmed on a M2616 ...they want to be able to voiceall any one ...

something like hit a button and dial extension ...like in the norstar

THE ONLY THING NORTEL HAS THAT SOUNDS WHAT YOU WANT IS THE INTERCOM FEATURE. YOU CAN SET IT TO RING THE PHONE OR VOICE CALL IT, THE ONLY PROBLEM IS YOU CAN EITHER SET IT FOR 10 EXTENSIONS OR 100 EXTENSIONS. SO IT'S NOT EVERYONE ON THE SWITCH

thanks perrypj for the qucik response ... i would need to implement this for atleast 20-25 people

i've not done this. can you give me the steps to program it?
is it done at the station level ld10/ 11. does naything needs to be changed in the customer datablock?
