Voice Call 1

I have never used Voice Call on a BCM, but I have a user that can't Voice call ext 2255, all they get is (NO VOICE CALL) the phone has a Voice Call button just like every other phone, but this is the only one we can't VC to. I even copied a n\know working phone to this one, but it still won't work.

deactivate voice call deny on 2255

same thing for dnd, and no HF

I've looked all over for a way to activate Voice call but I can't find it.

I have 24 phones that I can Voice Call and only 1 that I can't.

Press F#88 and see if that don't fix your problem.
