Voice Call UN-deny

Our phone guy was here yesterday and is out of town for a week. He accidently set my phone to DENY Voice Calls. What is the code to UN-deny Voice Calls?!?!?!?!?! It is driving me CRAZY!!!!!

Tried it...no go. Every time I hit Feature #88 Deny Voice Call displays in the screen.

If you press feature 88 it will say no voice calls, then press feature #88 it should say allow voice call.
