Voice Call Transfer to IP Address

We have a vague requirement, the customer has a IP PBX ( Some third Party), he wants our CM to receive the voice call & forward the same using VoIP over public internet to an IP Address.

Is it possible?

Yes its possible as long as the third party pabx is capable of h.323 trunking. chack for your third party vendor.
