We just recently set up two of our users on headsets and noticed a problem when our receptionist is trying to voice call them.
When the headsets are plugged in the user cannot hear the receptionist speaking when she voice calls their extension, they only hear the chime tone.
Is this the way it is supposed to work or is there a way that the voice call can come through on the speaker or the headset through configuration?
Equipment/Hardware:
- Nortel MICS (NT7B53FA-93 REL 05A, 30nCG20 NAT)
- 7310 phones
- GN 27334101 Direct Flex 3in1 headsets
