Voice Call Summary Help

Hi All,

My 2821 has been dropping incoming calls, so I did a voice call sum to find out what's been going on. When the call comes in, it does ring the phone, as shown in the first summary command. Then the call drops, as shown in the second. Does that indicate a problem in the 2821 or in the line? Many thanks for any insight.

Does the phone only ring once? Is this CallManager or CallManager Express?
