I am trying to set up voice call between two 2616 sets. I've read the NTPs but am still confused. Do I need to add two keys to each phone, one for the SCR and one for the VCC? I did this successfully a long time ago but have forgotten.

I'd like to be able to have a two-way conversation handsfree so I allowed HVA.

Also, if I am using MAT, I can pick an available DN (not DID) and it will add it. If not, I go to the terminal and do a xx SCR DN, right?

Thanks!

Programming the Voice Call Key should be as easy as Key xx VCC (DN) The terminating destination has to be a single appearence DN.
And you are correct with your adding a ringing key.
