Voice Call Denied

I can't figure out how to allow someone to Voice Call me (Feat. 66)

It says no voice call and sometimes it says denied by admin

Any ideas?

You probably turned on voicecall deny. It is feature 88. So to turn it off on your phone, press feature #88. The display will say allow calls.
