Voice Call Between Multiple BCMs

I have a multiple BCM environment. I can Page using the PSTN network. I have centralized voicemail using my VoIP Trunks. I know that busy lamp notification does not work. I know that in a since the systems are not going to act like one system. But does any one have a way to make the Voice Call Feature work? When us it, it just rings the extension like normal.

Thats what it will do. Voice call to an off premise system will ring in like an intercom call.
