The latest release of all software
I have 8 CO ports, 5 port VCM - using 8 DS and 4 IP phones

I have 3 questions

1) Can you do voice announce intercom with the IP Office like you can with a Magix/Legend? If so, how.
2) Can the 403/VM Pro send text messages via email when you receive a voice mail in your vmail box? Works like Outpaging, only via email
3) How do you setup the system so you can send a caller directly to voice mail without ringing the phone.
4) How do you drop one caller from a conference call when the call is done via a VPN over the Internet.

1) Yes, the feature is "DialIntercom" and you would setup a shortcode. Example with 3 digit dialing plan:

SC: 1XXX
TN: N
LG: 0
F: DialIntercom

Then train your users to dial 1 + ext to do voice announce. Pick a different lead digit if your extensions start with 1.

2) Yes, look on the voicemail tab of a user form. Put in the email address and select "Alert" as the voicemail email option. Read the voicemail email job aid for further info.

3) Similiar idea to question 1. Example with 3 digit dialplan:

SC: #XXX
TN: #N
LG: 0
F: VoicemailCollect

4) Didn't you say 3 questions? Just kidding. Conference calling is conference calling, regardless of what kind of trunk (analog, digital, IP) the callers are coming in on. Easiest way to drop a single caller is with Phone Manager.
