VOICE ANNOUNCE ON A MERLIN PLUS 820D2......

I have a customer with a Merlin 820 D2.
The voice announce feature isn't working on 2 phones.
(Internal group pages work fine to these phones)
If I check voice announce enable/dis-able for these sets the intercom light is green and on.
(I can not turn it off-its on for all the other sets that I checked also)
The intercom voice announce works fine if I switch these phones to other ports.

Any ideas?

If i remember correctly the page feature used it own pairs on the cable. I could be way off but are all 4 pairs wired and good on the cable?
