Voice Admin failure 1

Hi - a site that I support has a problem. Whenever the Voice Prompt Editor is opened it seems to crash the Voice File, the end result being that no announcements are played though the calls remain in the queue. The quick fix for this is to reboot the Symposium Express server they have, but they need to be able to re-record announcements etc without this hassle. My plan is to replace the Voice services card (as I think that's where the problem lies, as the VSM Service seems to be running okay). I'll backup the Voice file and bring down the Symposium Server prior to this. Any body got any better ideas?

you may be on the right track but i would reload the symposium 1st
