Hi All

I have a Voice 200 connected to an MD110, where we cannot record new greetings to the mailboxes.
Any ideas?

No HW alarms. @l h -> OK
DEX 1 show no bad sectors
HDD is only half full

Have you been able to record greetings before and this just started?
Check to make sure the COS allows user changes to greetings
Create a new mailbox and verify if you have the same issue.

The mic of the handsed used by the customer was defective, therefore it was not possible to record...
It has now been solved, and the system is OK and working.
