vodavi xts with in the skin vm:cant get calls from hg 450 to overflow

I have auto att. transfering callers to hunt group 450 with extensions 100,101,102 as members. need then to overflow to mailbox 102 on no answer.cant get it to work,i have 450 set as all ring group with overflow to vmid 102 with queing disabled am i missing something ?the call continues to ring untill transfer recall kicks it back to the main greeting.
